Ordering an Inspection
When you want to inspect before you buy:
1)
Talk with the Inspector to ensure availability and confirm costs.
2) Put a "Subject
to a satisfactory building inspection" clause in the
purchase agreement.
3)
Provide time for; the inspection to be scheduled, the report written and
for the findings to
be considered by you.
4) Contact the Inspector to schedule the inspection.
