Our Inspector

Andrew Barker is a long-time resident of Vancouver Island.

He has inspected thousands of buildings for
Barker Building and Consulting Ltd. over the past 23 years.

Our Company

Barker Building and Consulting Ltd. was incorporated in British Columbia
in January of 1987.

We are Nanaimo's longest established Independent Building Inspection Service.

We currently specialize in commercial and multi-residential buildings.

We are equipped to inspect buildings up to three stories and roughly 50,000 square feet.
